A subscription to Andale products incurs monthly service charges payable solely to Andale and does not include any eBay fees. Purchasing listing plans with Andale products, such as Andale Lister, does not result in an advance paid booking of listings or any additional marketing or marketplace fees on eBay.
Andale's products are available in varying billing types including unlimited usage plans, usage per unit (listings, checkouts, MB) plans. Subscribers choose the base plan that best suits their listing volume and in case of additional usage, pay for the excess units on a per unit bases (called an "overage" fee).
Andale's billing cycle runs on a calendar month. Users who wish to purchase a new product will be able to use the new product immediately upon sign-up, effective at any time during the month, by simply adding the monthly charge of the new product to their monthly plan. Correspondingly, products that are removed from a user's account are available for the rest of the current paid calendar month and removed at month end.
